I live in an apartment, how do I know if my apartment complex is eligible for the Member Program?

There's two ways to find out if your apartment complex is eligible for Members Program and receive member rates, services, and eco-products. Contact us ask or simply ask your conceirge. If your complex is not enrolled in Members Only, you or your property manager can make request to be added to our Apartments list.

When will I be charged?

Naturally, appointments are charged within 24 hours of service date. If you prefer to satisfy total program charge at initial sign up, let us know during enrollment. Recurring services start at $99 for "One bed, One bath," apartment homes and $145 for "two bed, two bath," apartment homes.

What if I want to request an Add-On?

We're here to tailor and customize services to your needs. (Oven cleaning, Freezer and/or refrigerator, etc.) Please contacts us by phone, Live Chat, Email, and/or your Client Portal form at least 1 hour prior to your appointment.

What if I like to change one or more of the recurring dates?

Quick and easy! Locate one of our appointment notifications through text or email and simply click request date change. If you can't locate your appointment confirmation notification, you can always contact us (call, email, live chat) or log into your Client Portal and fill out request form. Our lines of commmunication are open.

How do I enroll into the Member Program?

Just send us a message below and we will give you a call, give you more information and help get you enrolled. Resident enrollment into the Member Program last for six(6) month periods, which is applicable to six, 12, or 24 cleanings depending on the plan of your you choice. That easy.

We are offering recurring services to residents living within Member Apartment Complexes.
